E-commerce Manager

The eCommerce Manager is an extremely important figure in the digitally evolved era. The main competence is to increase the sales of an online store: an objective that is not always easy to pursue, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises.

The eCommerce Manager perceives the trends of the digital market and puts the company in a position to keep up with the times.
Coordinates all the resources involved in the activities, closely supervises various business processes: marketing and communication, legal, web, graphic design, social media, platform development, logistics and shipments, customer care, updating catalogues and payment channels.

What does he do?

Starting from a careful market analysis, defines the sales strategy for the positioning of the store. eCM’s role leads him to interface with the Marketing Manager and the other employees of the social department. Defines the most suitable Digital Strategy for the sale of products, establishing objectives and tools. Monitors sales performance and aim at optimizing them, through the study of touchpoints and KPIs. Plans and define a line for social and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) campaigns, to keep communication coherent and effective.
