They possess strong oral communication and active listening skills. They further research new software possibilities, develop products, and teach staff members how to tackle technological puzzles. This person must also have strong management skills. A person who intends to become an application support specialist should be prepared to train other staff on how to effectively meet the technical needs of customers.
